Another cnet comparison video which is completely opinion.

    Design was a tie. Fair
    Bluetooth sync is fine
Features is fair. I wish Apple made it where left ear bud was volume up and right was volume down and pause would be the same just take one of them out of your ear.
Battery life is a joke. You have to charge your beats every day while you only have to charge the AirPods once a week.
Sound quality is beats unless your a turtle beach fan boy etc.

Beats x is not really a truly wireless ear buds since there is a cord. They should rename this to which w1 earbuds are better.

Brett Domenick Agreed. Wireless sound is getting better but it still can’t beat wired sound.

I think if people want a wireless solution, they should look into getting a Bluetooth transmitter. it’s a cheap dongle that communicates via Bluetooth with your phone or device so you can simply plug your wired headphones, earbuds, etc into the dongle and still get your music wirelessly. The advantage of that is not only can you stream wirelessly, but you can retain the sonic characteristics of your wired headphones. That’s the only way I’ll do it.
